How to use UWAYS
Everything you need to know to post jobs, receive offers, manage your trips, and get selected more often on the UWAYS driver network.
What UWAYS is
UWAYS is a professional chauffeur network and job-sharing platform built for independent operators and driver partners who want peace of mind. Whether you are overbooked, out of town, or simply unavailable, UWAYS connects you with trusted professional drivers worldwide who will serve your private clients with the same care and professionalism you do.
Share the jobs you can't cover
Post an offer to the network and let vetted, nearby drivers respond. You review their profiles and choose who serves your client.
Fill your own calendar
Stay active in the app to receive job notifications that match your location, vehicle, and qualifications from operators near you.
Using the Create button
When you tap Create, the app gives you two options depending on whether you want to hand the job to the network or manage it yourself.
New Offer
Post a job to the UWAYS network. The offer is automatically sent to the most suitable nearby active drivers, based on factors such as location, vehicle type, vehicle quality, vehicle age, and professional standards. Available drivers respond, and you review their profiles and select the driver you prefer.
New Reservation
Organize and manage your own scheduled trips. After entering the job details you will see two choices: Add to My Trips if you will complete the trip yourself, or Assign Driver if one of your fleet drivers will complete it.
Waybills are automatic. When you add your own trip with New Reservation and select Add to My Trips, UWAYS generates a waybill containing the trip, driver, vehicle, and passenger information.
Receiving job offers as a driver
To receive job offers you need a complete and approved profile, including all required documents and an eligible vehicle. You also need to stay active in the app, meet UWAYS professional standards — including vehicle condition and dress code — and follow all platform rules.
Available does not mean assigned. Until you receive a confirmation notification from UWAYS, do not treat the job as confirmed and do not start driving to the pickup location.
Managing your range, cities, and jobs
A few settings control which offers reach you and which drivers you can see.
Mile Range
Choose the maximum distance you are willing to travel to a pickup location. If you set your range to 100 miles, you may receive notifications for pickups anywhere within 100 miles of your current location. A smaller range gives you more relevant nearby offers and fewer notifications for jobs that are too far away.
Posting in another city
You can post jobs in any city, no matter where you are. To view active drivers elsewhere, tap the city name at the top of the screen and add the cities you want to follow — then switch between them to see who is active in each location.
Canceling an assigned job
If an emergency or change of plans means you cannot run a job, open the job card and tap Cancel Job. Cancel as early as possible so the job poster has time to find another driver.
Waybills
Trips you add through New Reservation and Add to My Trips generate a waybill automatically, with the trip, driver, vehicle, and passenger details filled in.
Cancellations may negatively affect your account standing and your eligibility for future job opportunities.
Getting paid
For now, all payments are handled directly between the job poster and the driver. UWAYS does not currently collect or process payments.
We will notify all users as soon as an in-app payment system is available.
Fleet owners with their own drivers
UWAYS is currently a driver-to-driver network, so only the driver who will personally complete the job can respond as Available.
What you cannot do
You cannot respond to or accept an offer on behalf of one of your drivers, and an accepted job cannot be transferred. Each driver must have an approved UWAYS profile and respond to the offer directly.
What you can do
Add your own reservations and assign them to your registered fleet drivers. You can then track your driver's live location and follow the trip through every stage — On the Way, On Location, Passenger on Board, and Completed.
How to receive more job offers
Job posters want to give their clients the best possible driver and vehicle — exactly as you would for your own clients. These are the things that improve your chances of being selected.
Platform rules and account standing
Your account may be suspended or removed if you repeatedly violate UWAYS rules or misuse the platform.

What is UWAYS and how does it work?
UWAYS is a professional chauffeur network and job-sharing platform designed for independent operators and driver partners seeking peace of mind. Whether you are overbooked, out of town, or simply unavailable, UWAYS connects you with trusted, professional drivers worldwide who will serve your private clients with the same level of care and professionalism you do.
When you tap the Create button, the system provides two options:
- New Offer — Post a job to the UWAYS network. The offer is automatically sent to the most suitable nearby active drivers based on factors such as location, vehicle type, vehicle quality, vehicle age, and professional standards. Available drivers can respond, and you can review their profiles and select the driver you prefer.
- New Reservation — Organize and manage your own scheduled trips. After entering the job details you will see two options: Add to My Trips if you will complete the trip yourself, or Assign Driver if one of your fleet drivers will complete it — tap Assign Driver, search for the driver's name, and select them from the list.
How do I become eligible to receive job offers as a driver?
To receive job offers, you must have a complete and approved profile, including all required documents and an eligible vehicle. You must also remain active in the app, meet UWAYS' professional standards — including vehicle condition and dress code — and follow all platform rules.
Once your profile is approved and you are active, you will receive notifications for jobs that match your location, vehicle, and qualifications. When you respond as available, your profile will be shown to the job poster, who will review the available drivers and select the driver they prefer.
Does tapping "Available" mean the job is automatically assigned to me?
No. Tapping Available only lets the job poster know that you are interested and ready to accept the job.
The job poster will review all available drivers and select the one they prefer. The job is officially assigned to you only after you receive a confirmation notification from UWAYS. Until then, do not consider the job confirmed or begin driving to the pickup location.
Does adding my own trip generate a waybill?
Yes. When you add your own trip using New Reservation and select Add to My Trips, UWAYS will automatically generate a waybill containing the trip, driver, vehicle, and passenger information.
How do I get paid after completing a job?
For now, all payments are handled directly between the job poster and the driver. After completing the job, contact the job poster to receive the payment amount stated in the original offer through Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or another available payment method. UWAYS does not currently collect or process payments. We will notify all users once an in-app payment system is available.
Can I post a job in another city — for example, New York — while I'm in Los Angeles?
Yes. UWAYS allows you to post jobs in any city, regardless of your current location.
To view active drivers in another city, tap the city name at the top of the screen and add the cities you want to view. You can then switch between cities to see active drivers in each location.
What should I do if I need to cancel an assigned job due to an emergency or change of plans?
If you need to cancel an assigned job, open the job card in the app and tap Cancel Job. Please cancel as soon as possible so the job poster has enough time to find another driver.
Keep in mind that cancellations may negatively affect your account standing and your eligibility for future job opportunities.
What is the "Mile Range" setting, and how does it work?
The Mile Range setting allows drivers to choose the maximum distance they are willing to travel to a pickup location.
For example, if you set your range to 100 miles, you may receive notifications for jobs with pickup locations anywhere within 100 miles of your current location. Choosing a smaller range helps you receive more relevant nearby offers and reduces notifications for jobs that are too far away.
I am a fleet owner with my own drivers. Can I respond to job offers and transfer accepted jobs to one of my drivers?
No. UWAYS is currently a driver-to-driver network, so only the driver who will personally complete the job can respond as Available. You cannot respond to or accept an offer on behalf of one of your drivers. The driver must have an approved UWAYS profile and respond to the offer directly.
However, you can add your own reservations and assign them to your registered fleet drivers. This allows you to track your driver's live location and monitor the trip's progress through each stage, including On the Way, On Location, Passenger on Board, and Completed.
Can my account be suspended or removed?
Yes. Your account may be suspended or removed if you repeatedly violate UWAYS rules or misuse the platform.
Posting job offers and then canceling them after receiving responses from available drivers may affect your account standing. If this happens three times, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
What should I pay attention to in order to receive more job offers?
Remember that job posters want to provide their clients with the best possible driver and vehicle — just as you would for your own clients. To improve your chances of being selected:
- Professional appearance: Wearing a suit and tie reflects premium service standards and gives you a significant advantage.
- Vehicle quality: Keep your vehicle clean, well maintained, and presentable. Newer vehicles may also have a better chance of being selected.
- Proximity: For ASAP jobs, being close to the pickup location is especially important.
- Reliability: Completing assigned jobs professionally and avoiding cancellations improves your standing.
- Online activity: Staying online and active for longer periods shows job posters that you are consistently available and ready to accept jobs. It also helps ensure that you do not miss suitable opportunities.
- Responsiveness: Respond promptly when you receive a job notification.
- Profile quality: Keep your profile, documents, vehicle details, and photos complete and up to date.
Drivers who remain active and consistently maintain high professional standards are more likely to be trusted and selected by job posters.
