App Troubleshooting
The app will not open
Take a breath, this one is almost always easy to fix. If the app closes right away or never gets past the logo, work through these steps in order:
- Make sure you're on the latest version. Open the App Store or Google Play, search for UWAYS, and tap Update if you see it
- Restart your phone
- Check your internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- If the app still won't open, delete it and install it again from the store, then log back in
Your account, jobs, and messages are stored securely on our servers, so you won't lose anything by reinstalling the app. And if none of this works, message us and we'll dig into it with you.
