Upload your driver's license
Your driver's license is how we verify your identity before you can accept jobs. You can upload it from two places in the app: the setup checklist (for new accounts) or Menu › Manage Documents at any time.
To upload it
- Open the Driver License step from your checklist, or go to Manage Documents
- Choose one of three options: Take Photo With My Phone, Choose from Gallery, or Choose a File (PDF)
- Make sure the license isn't expired, avoid flash and glare, and keep all four corners in frame
Once uploaded, we read the license automatically and verify it within the same request — you'll see a result right away, either verified or a note that it couldn't be read. If it's rejected, retake the photo somewhere well-lit and try again.
