1.2 Providing Details: Passengers should provide detailed information about the lost item, including the date, time, and vehicle details of their trip.
2. Retrieval of Lost Items:
2.1 Retrieval Location: Lost items will be stored securely at UWAYS’ designated location.
2.2 Claim Process: Passengers can arrange to retrieve their lost items by contacting UWAYS’ Lost and Found department to schedule a pickup.
2.3 Identification: Passengers must provide proper identification and any relevant details to claim their lost items.
3. Retention Period:
3.1 Duration: UWAYS will retain lost items for a period of 30 days from the date of retrieval.
3.2 Unclaimed Items: Unclaimed items after the specified period may be disposed of, donated, or handled according to local regulations.
4. Lost and Found Charges:
4.1 Storage Fee: UWAYS may charge a storage fee for the retention of lost items beyond the initial retrieval period.
4.2 Delivery Fee: If a passenger requests the lost item to be delivered, additional fees may apply.
5. Disclaimer:
5.1 No Guarantee: While UWAYS will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, we cannot guarantee the recovery of all lost belongings.
5.2 Liability: UWAYS is not liable for any lost items, and passengers are responsible for their belongings.
