At UWAYS, we understand that plans can change. However, once our transportation services have been provided, refunds and returns are not applicable. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Before Service:
1. Cancellation Period: To cancel a reservation without incurring charges, please notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled service time.
2. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy:
1. No-Show Definition: A "no-show" is defined as a customer who fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location without prior cancellation.
2. No-Show Charges: Customers who are marked as no-shows may be charged the full fare of the reserved service.
Large Events Exception:
For large events such as concerts, fashion shows, or sports events, cancellation terms may vary. Please contact us directly to inquire about the specific cancellation terms for these events.
